R&W: MLA Format and Thesis Writing

We first debriefed the website validity/intro to research PowerPoint from last night regarding ideas of importance (after/while I checked in your notes), and we did a quick journal in which you wrote down exactly that before sharing. We were going to try to touch base about the essay and thesis/claim construction, but we ran out of time. Here’s some assistance regarding evolved thesis writing as well as a chapter reading on how to evolve one’s claim. We will use this Monday during our thesis workshop after our first 20% project presentation(s).

The following were then to be completed in a packet with the linked three documents, and checked for completion after you checked your own answers here with the following:

  1. MLA General Format Answers
  2. MLA Citation Notes Answers
  3. Instructional Citation Guide Answers

Homework: SSR Review uploaded to turnitin.com by 7:20 a.m. tomorrow morning (bring hard copy to class!) We will have our last day for 20% project work time tomorrow.
