Honors 11: Essay, Synthesis and Critical Relationships with Sources

We talked today about Life and Debt and I went over any questions we were still curious about from finishing the documentary on Friday with the sub. Afterwards, you also discussed in small groups and we discussed as a class your synthesis work, and why it, as practice/an example, will be an important part of our body paragraphs’ work. We submitted both with the passage/claim work regarding A Small Place. From there, I distributed this FAQ sheet that helps out with primary text selection, where to go from there, and claim and outline construction with templated examples. I then introduced this critical relationships with sources work for tomorrow. We will work on it then.

Your only homework is your written proposal for your essay (question stems to which to respond are on the second page of your essay assignment).
