English 10: Ch. 1-3 of Catcher

We began the day by briefly discussing in small groups any questions we had regarding our questions from Ch. 1-3 of Catcher (pdf is linked) from yesterday. I walked around and stamped in our annotations from those chapters while you added to your questions/annotations. We then, as a class, went over any we still had questions about before taking a Ch. 1-3 quick quiz.

HOMEWORK: 1. Ch. 4-6 + annotations (go deeper–> points of deep significance, STEAL characterization, important quotes/lines, questions of inference, etc.).

2. Grammar packet from before break is due Friday.

3. Fourth independent reading response is due Sunday by midnight to turnitin.com!
