English 10: Introduction to A Raisin in the Sun

We began today by jotting down a few ideas we heard regarding race and housing that this video, titled “Hiding in Plain Sight: The Walls That Divide Us,” discussed. We did so on the back of these introductory notes that we took afterwards. Third hour did not finish, but got to the “general topic” section that we will finish tomorrow before beginning the play, A Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry. Here are the blank notes to be filled in by you for points. Sixth hour only got through the general 50s information and did not get through the Lorraine Hansberry/Chicago/Segregation/General topics portion. We will continue tomorrow before beginning the play.
