Honors 11: Gatsby Ch. 3-4 Discussion + Definition Essay + T.S. Eliot

Both hours began the day discussing Ch. 3-4 using the guided close reading questions for chapter 3 and taking notes from the board for Ch. 4. We will  turn in all questions from the chapters on the day of the exam. I will check in Ch. 1-3 q’s tomorrow with stamps.

Second hour began working on deconstructing connections to Gatsby in the T.S. Eliot excerpt and first hour made the big mistake in selecting to go over the definition essay because when showing an example, I promptly ruined the novel’s ending with the use of a sample essay. My sincerest apologies. We will pick up where both hours left off tomorrow and complete what each did not get to.
