English 10: Julius Caesar Act III

We did a bell work today.

BW #6:

1. Write for 5 minutes straight telling me a story about something that happened or that you did over break.

2. Write for 3 minutes straight telling me what has transpired thus far in Julius Caesar.

Bell work will be turned in Friday.

Both third and sixth hour read until Marc Antony comes back to the senate after his servant speaks to Brutus and tells him it is safe. We only read until his first passage that ends with the line, “…the choice and master spirits of this age” (3.1.163). Here’s Act III, Scene 1. At this site you can listen to the audio and download a PDF of the reading (this goes for all scenes–no excuses).
